Registration /Admission fees
- Users may cancel their order, admission, or service within 24 hours of successful payment without providing any reason. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through the registered email ID. No cancellation or refund requests will be entertained after 24 hours under any circumstances.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method only.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Once a consultation or session is booked or delivered, the amount becomes non-refundable.
- Partial use of any service does not qualify for partial or full refund.
- Cancellation requests raised after 24 hours of payment will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- All cancellation and refund requests must be sent from the registered email ID to support@iivs.in
- The company reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
